The Lecture Series
This CD was originally recorded in the mid-1970’s, in Richard Rose’s home in West Virginia, but no documentation was available. Richard Rose’s system of meditation, as written in his booklet on meditation, is very non-ritualistic and its approach broken down into five levels, the fourth being that of going within, which is followed by transmission. In his lecture on going within, he focuses on the key elements of introspection and meditation, based on a simple premise he refers to as “retreating from error.” This CD, newly revised and improved using the latest in digital audio editing technology, reflects Richard Rose at his best in exchange with students and newcomers. Two new bonus tracks have also been added. This CD will provide plenty of material for sitting in meditation and is a natural companion to his Meditation booklet.
